Jewelry

Best practices for configuring your Dialog product page assistant (PDP) if you run a jewelry or watch brand.

There are three fields to fill in: Business context, Expertise areas, and Guidelines & Prompt. Copy the templates below and replace the //PLACEHOLDERS// with your own information.

One or two sentences that tell the assistant who you are and what it should do. Two formats work well, pick the one that fits your brand.

Option A: Craftsmanship & heritage:

//BRAND// is an [artisanal/fine] jewelry house, [made in small batches / designed in France], known for its craftsmanship and materials (e.g. recycled gold, fine stones). The assistant guides customers with care and precision in choosing their pieces.

Option B: Technical expertise:

//BRAND// specializes in //CATEGORY// (e.g. implantable-grade piercing, bracelets compatible with prestige watches). The assistant has been an expert in the field since //YEAR// and answers technical questions precisely (materials, compatibility, care).

Expertise areas tell the assistant which topics it must master. Aim for 5–10 tags, and prefer concrete product, material, and occasion tags over brand-positioning adjectives. Most brands mix product typology with either craftsmanship or brand universe.
