Food Supplements
Best practices for configuring your Dialog product page assistant (PDP) if you run a food supplement, wellness, or sports nutrition brand.
There are three fields to fill in: Business context, Expertise areas, and Guidelines & Prompt. Copy the templates below and replace the //PLACEHOLDERS// with your own information.
1. Business context
Section titled “1. Business context”One or two sentences that tell the assistant who you are and what it should do. Two formats work well, pick the one that fits your brand.
Option A: Scientific expertise:
//BRAND// is a [premium/expert] food supplement brand specialized in //HEALTH_DOMAIN// (e.g. liver health, hormonal balance). The assistant's role is to guide customers to the most relevant solution based on their symptoms, lifestyle, and goals, without ever making a medical diagnosis.Option B: Mission & community:
//BRAND// supports [audience: e.g. women, athletes] at every stage of //JOURNEY// (e.g. fertility, pregnancy, postpartum) with innovative products developed with experts. The assistant's role is to advise with care and reassure, never to diagnose.2. Expertise areas
Section titled “2. Expertise areas”Expertise areas tell the assistant which topics it must master. Aim for 5–10 tags. In this category, tags work best when they describe benefits and outcomes (sleep, energy, digestion) rather than product names. Avoid proprietary ingredient names unless they are core to your catalog.
