What can I help you find?

You are chatting with an AI assistant. It can make mistakes, so double-check important information.

Health

Best practices for configuring your Dialog product page assistant (PDP) if you run a health, femtech, or wellness products brand.

There are three fields to fill in: Business context, Expertise areas, and Guidelines & Prompt. Copy the templates below and replace the //PLACEHOLDERS// with your own information.

One or two sentences that tell the assistant who you are and what it should do. Two formats work well, pick the one that fits your brand.

Option A: Caring life-stage support:

//BRAND// supports [women / customers] at every life stage (e.g. periods, postpartum, menopause) with //CATEGORY// products. The assistant's role is to guide and reassure, without ever making a medical diagnosis.

Option B: Technical / health-product expertise:

//BRAND// specializes in //CATEGORY// (e.g. women's health technology, orthopedic products). The assistant helps visitors understand and choose the right product for their need, with precision and professionalism.

Expertise areas tell the assistant which topics it must master. Aim for 5–10 tags, picked from the sub-themes that match your products.

Periods · Painful periods · Heavy periods · Premenstrual syndrome · Menopause · Perimenopause · Postpartum · Maternity and fertility · Pregnancy · Breastfeeding · PCOS · Endometriosis · Hormonal imbalance
Intimate care · Intimate hygiene · Vaginal flora/microbiome · Intimate pleasure · Intimate protection · Women's health
Pelvic floor health · Kegel exercisers · Biofeedback training · Incontinence · Orthopedics · Sports medicine · Physiotherapy · Rehabilitation · Recovery · Medical equipment

Guidelines control the tone and behavior of the assistant’s answers. Keep them short, write them in full sentences, and stay under 10–15 rules. In this category, start by choosing your register.

- Advise without judgment
- Keep a warm and educational tone
- No individual medical diagnosis
- Never state that a product "treats", "cures", or "heals"
- If you don't have the answer, redirect to //CONTACT//

Direct register: only if it matches your brand positioning
