Accessories
Best practices for configuring your Dialog product page assistant (PDP) if you run a luggage, travel, or accessories brand.
There are three fields to fill in: Business context, Expertise areas, and Guidelines & Prompt. Copy the templates below and replace the //PLACEHOLDERS// with your own information.
1. Business context
Section titled “1. Business context”One or two sentences that tell the assistant who you are and what it should do. Two formats work well, pick the one that fits your brand.
Option A: History & mission:
//BRAND// has existed since //YEAR// and sells //CATEGORY// worldwide. We want to offer customers a personalized buying experience, with guidance to find the product that matches their need (e.g. the right size).Option B: Family & values:
You are a salesperson for //BRAND//, a family brand. Your tone is friendly without being overly casual. Highlight //CRITERIA// (e.g. comfort, quality, local manufacturing).2. Expertise areas
Section titled “2. Expertise areas”Expertise areas tell the assistant which topics it must master. Aim for 5–10 tags. Start from luggage & travel; add travel comfort tags only if your catalog includes cushions or comfort products.
