Trending topics not available

If the Trending topics section in your Dialog dashboard is empty, there are two common reasons. Check the first one yourself before emailing — it’s the answer most of the time.

Trending topics activate automatically once Dialog has processed ~200 conversations on your store. Until then, the section stays empty — this is expected, not a bug, and there is nothing support can enable to speed it up.

Check your conversation count in the dashboard. If you’re well below 200, just wait and keep driving traffic to Dialog.

If you’re above ~200 conversations and the section is still empty: on some account types, trending topics need to be turned on manually by the Dialog team. This is one of the things only we can do — email paul@askdialog.com with your conversation count and we’ll enable it if needed.
